You can create a DouGou account using your phone number and complete your account information. When registering or logging into a DouGou account, you need to provide us with your phone number. | |||
| 1.2. Provide intelligent voice service for you | |||
| When you activate the Bean program, we will automatically receive and record audio, video, and other related information generated during your interaction with the device terminal (including appropriate environmental parameters, such as noise levels) to provide you with services. Please note that if the program's wake function is enabled, when Bean receives a wake command, it will be awakened, and we will only collect voice information after receiving the wake command. If you refuse to allow us to collect this information, please turn off the device's information collection function or do not wake the device, but this will also result in you being unable to access the relevant services. | |||

We will automatically receive and record the text conversations generated from your voice interactions with ObtuneAI, using this information to provide content for human-computer interaction services. When you use the following features, we will request permission for precise location services. If you deny permission for precise location services, we will not provide the aforementioned services based on precise location data. Instead, we will offer services using city and/or district information corresponding to your IP address or other network information, and rough location information inferred from other network location data. Please understand that all IP address information we use has been de-identified. Data analysis and inference are based on specific, non-identifiable codes and will not be associated with your real information. | |||

| To adapt to the use of Obtune AI on different mobile devices and third-party platform services, we have integrated third-party SDKs to achieve identity verification for your mobile device, device security, login to third-party platform accounts, sharing information through third-party platforms, and payment security. The providers of these third-party SDKs include mobile device manufacturers, social platforms, telecommunications operators, and third-party payment institutions. Some third-party SDKs may request access to your device permissions and obtain relevant information so that you can use the corresponding functions normally on different mobile devices or third-party platforms. Different third-party SDKs may request different types of device permissions and obtain different information, which may include accessing your location, reading/writing to your external storage card, reading your phone status and identity, viewing WLAN connections, and retrieving running applications/broadband information. For specific types of device permissions requested by third-party SDKs and how they collect and use your personal information, we recommend you refer to the relevant service agreements and privacy policies of the third-party SDKs. | 7. Special tips from the guardian | |||
| (1) If your ward uses the software and related services of Obtune AI, you, as the guardian, shall guide and supervise the registration and use behavior of your ward. If your ward applies for the registration of a Obtune AI account, Xiaoxiang Company shall have the right to consider that it has obtained your consent; | |||
| (2) Your ward may use functions such as purchasing products or services when using the Bean Software and related services. As a guardian, please keep your payment device, payment account and payment password safe to prevent your ward from using purchase and other consumption functions through your Bean account without your consent. | |||
| 8. About account cancellation | |||
| (1) Account cancellation process: When a user decides to cancel his/her account, he/she can submit the cancellation application through [My-Personal Information-Cancel Account]. After receiving the application, we will verify the user's identity to ensure that the application is made by the user himself/herself. | |||
